Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We offer standard shipping, expedited shipping, and overnight shipping options. Shipping times and prices vary based on the method chosen and your location. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. 

Local Pickup

Some items, such as furniture, are designated for local pickup only in Napa, CA. Please contact maisonelisehome@gmail.com to arrange pickup.
