Welcome to Maison Elise. I'm Elise-lover of French vintage and antique items, storied interiors, mixing old and new, and finding items that make entertaining special.

I grew up in New England surrounded by antiques. My mother, a natural at creating beautiful spaces, owned three antique shops, and some of my earliest memories are of helping in her stores and “playing shop,” building my own little shopping mall and imagining myself as a shop owner. At the time, I didn’t realize I was learning to appreciate the quiet beauty and history of old things.

Years later, while living in Los Angeles, I discovered my first outdoor market filled with European antiques—I was instantly hooked. What began as childhood play became a true calling.

Maison Elise was born from a desire to seek out meaningful treasures for others' homes. I shopped flea markets in France to source a beautiful collection of pieces to bring depth, character and timeless charm to modern living. 

To me, vintage is about more than décor—it’s about connection. Each piece carries a story, adding soul, warmth and quiet elegance to a space.
